Facade Improvement Program

Project Description:

The Façade Project is envisioned to help revitalize the downtown. This program would provide property owners with capital to aesthetically improve their property. The improved appearance of buildings will contribute to the revitalization and redevelopment of the downtown.

In order for this program to occur, program guidelines need to be created. Once approved by the CC/RDA Commission, the program will be marketed to the downtown business owners. Staff anticipates guideline approval from Council in early 2012.
