The City of Oroville (City) is seeking a professional engineering and right-of-way acquisition firm to acquire right-of-way in South Oroville and complete 30% engineering plans, specifications, and estimate for the design of a comprehensive drainage system and roadway enhancement project in South Oroville.
Scope of Work: The selected firm will be expected to perform project management, surveys and mapping, draft an environmental memo, perform stakeholder outreach, coordinate with utility companies, perform right-of-way engineering and land acquisition, develop 30% plans, specifications, and estimate.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Firms must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications.
- Provide references from previous clients.
- Be registered with SAM.gov.
Proposal Submission: Interested firms should submit their proposals by 3:00pm PST on November 28, 2024 via Public Purchase, a web-based eProcurement service.
