2020 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) awarded Coronavirus Response Round 1 (CDBG-CV1) funding that was used to fund a loan to the Oroville Hope Center to assist in the acquisition of a new permanent location. 

2020 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) awarded Coronavirus 19 Response Round 1 funding that was used to fund a loan for the Oroville Hope Center.

2020 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) awarded Coronavirus Response Tranche 2 & 3 funding that was used for the Wyandotte Academy Improvements.

2020 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) awarded Coronavirus 19 Tranche 2 & 3 funding that will be used to fund the Utility Assistance Program run in partnership with the Community Action Agency.

2020 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) was awarded to allow for City CDBG funds and Program Income to be utilized for the following:

1. Public Service through funding for the YMCA STARS Club Enrichment Program.
2. Public Service through funding at The Axiom.
3. Public Service Program at Catalyst Domestic Violence.
4. Homeownership Assistance Activity.
5. Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Services.

2017 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) awarded funds were utilized for the following services:

1. Homeownership Assistance Activity.
2. Public Service through the City of Oroville Residential Code Enforcement.
3. Public Service Program at Catalyst Domestic Violence.

2014 Community Development Block Grant Program (CBDG) was awarded and amended to allow for City CDBG Program Income to be utilized for the following services, as it becomes available:

1. The Purchase of a Type 3 Fire Engine for the Oroville Police Department.
2. Public Service Program at Oroville YMCA.
3. Public Service Program at Catalyst Domestic Violence.
4. Public Service Program and the Oroville Boys and Girls Club.
5. Public Service through the City of Oroville Residential Code Enforcement.
6. Public Infrastructure to make ADA improvements to Oroville sidewalks.
