Fee Schedule
The Master Fee Schedule contains those charges assessed at the time the application is filed with the City, or which may be assessed during the processing of an application. The fees listed in the Master Fee Schedule are intended to provide a general overview of costs the applicant may incur.
All permits are subject to an added 6% Technology Fee pursuant to Municipal Code Section 17.08.130

- General Building Permit Application - The General Application is required to be submitted with each building permit application and form in order for it to be considered a complete application. If the General Application is not included in your submission package, the application will be considered incomplete.
