Fee Schedule

The Master Fee Schedule contains those charges assessed at the time the application is filed with the City, or which may be assessed during the processing of an application. The fees listed in the Master Fee Schedule are intended to provide a general overview of costs the applicant may incur. 

All permits are subject to an added 6% Technology Fee pursuant to Municipal Code Section 17.08.130.

Public Works/Engineering Applications & Forms

Below are fillable electronic permit applications. Application forms are also available from the public counter at City Hall, 1735 Montgomery Street.

• General Application - The General Application is required to be submitted with each engineering permit application and form in order for it to be considered a complete application. If the General Application is not included in your submission package, the application will be considered incomplete.
