Street Lights

If you have a problem with a street light (it’s on during daylight hours, does not come on at night, etc.). please report it to City Hall (530) 538-2420 Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Provide pole number or nearest address, and description of problem.

Traffic Signals

If you experience a problem with a traffic signal, please report it immediately to Oroville Police Dispatch. (530) 538-2448. Provide location of intersection, type of problem, direction your vehicle was traveling when problem was experienced. NOTE: During power outages, “dark” intersections are treated like a 4 way stop.

Sidewalks

If you observe a problem with a section of a sidewalk (for example; raised or broken sections that could constitute a trip hazard, or areas where the sidewalk is slick (ice, or oil), or vegetation blocking the path of travel, etc.) please report it to City Hall (530) 538-2420 Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.

Streets

If you observe a hazardous problem with the asphalt roadway (for example; a manhole cover or utility box cover ajar or missing, or materials split onto roadway creating a slick or blocked section of travel), please report it immediately to Oroville Police Dispatch (530) 538-2448.

For potholes or uneven road surface (more than 1” in height) please report these to City Hall (530) 538-2420 Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
